Perfect overnight stay
We wanted a comfortable overnight stay on our trip from Portsmouth to Scotland and needed secure parking , a walk before supper a good meal and a king size bed with views overlooking a beautifulGarden . Willowbeck Lodge ticked all our boxes and the food was superb , mushroom bourguignon , gorgeous veg beautifully cooked and the best mashed potato -breakfast similarly delicious . We were given a warmWelcome on arrivalAnd the same lady served us breakfast with a huge smile -service in the evening was flawless also . We have stayed at Willowbeck Lodge a couple of times now and would recommend it highly. The amenities are excellent but what really stands out is the quality of the service that the staff deliver. It is first class.
